Most orders should arrive within 7 days after your confirmation email was received. However, unexpected delays may occur throughout processing and shipping. Your items will be shipped from our warehouse within the United States and you will be emailed a tracking number upon your order being shipped.

As of right now, Chaos Quill only ships within the United States and Canada. We are looking at options to expand our shipping to include our international fans and will keep you up-to-date once we start offering additional shipping options.

Returns and exchanges valid 30 days from receipt of goods. Returns will include a full refund of item price plus any additional fees such as sales tax. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges for equal value products will be free of charge.

Returned items, whether for a refund or exchange, must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. If your item is accepted, you will be issued a full refund as described above, or your exchanged item depending on your stated preference.
Chaos Quill may reject your item if there is any damage to the item and/or original packaging. If your item is rejected, no refund or exchange will occur and you may choose to have your original item shipped back to you at your cost. Should you choose not to have the original item shipped back, the Chaos Quill team will recycle or dispose of the product as they see fit.

If your request is accepted by the Chaos Quill team, you will be sent a shipping label and instructions to send your item(s) back.
Drop the package off at the applicable shipping carrier location
Reply to the customer service email to confirm drop-off.
